A good fence is set straight, set deep, and still straight ten years later. We build wood privacy and picket fences with concrete-set posts and clean lines corner to corner.

Common questions
How long does a fence install take?
A typical backyard privacy fence takes two to four days: posts set in concrete on day one, then rails, pickets, and gates after the concrete cures. Weather and yard size can shift the schedule slightly.
Do I need a permit or HOA approval for a fence?
Most Charlotte-area fences under 6 feet don't need a building permit, but many neighborhoods have HOA rules on height, style, and setbacks. We'll flag what applies to your property before we build.
Should I stain my new fence?
Pressure-treated pine should dry for a few weeks to a couple of months, then be stained or sealed to keep it from graying and cracking. We can point you to finishes that hold up in NC sun and humidity.
